The approach
We began with a detailed discovery session to understand the consultancy’s vision, audience and long-term objectives. During this, the founder’s affinity with the ocean emerged as a defining brand inspiration – representing calm, control and the ability to navigate complex corporate challenges.
Armed with these insights, we developed a shortlist of names, checking domain availability and Companies House registration. Wavefront Leadership stood out as the perfect choice – evoking authority, progress and confidence.
Our creative team then crafted a sophisticated brand identity, including a distinctive wordmark and refined colour palette designed to project professionalism and credibility. Corporate brand guidelines were produced to ensure consistency across all assets.
Once approved, we moved into the digital phase. Wireframes were created in Adobe XD to establish a clear, user-focused structure. Full design concepts followed, with clean typography, considered use of whitespace and subtle motion to reinforce the premium feel.
Our development team built the site in WordPress, adding smooth micro-interactions and light animation for a polished user experience.
