As a notable charity organisation in the region, Mid & North East Essex Mind required a thorough digital solution that would cater to their needs, align with their refreshed branding, and provide an enhanced user experience. The challenge was not just to design and build a new website, but also to create a bespoke event management system and streamline their recruitment process.

The approach

We embarked on a competitive tender process by invitation and won the opportunity to build a new website for Mid & North East Essex Mind. Our approach was multifaceted, focusing on improving UX/UI, integrating a custom event management system via WooCommerce, and providing ongoing support in social media management, Google Ads, and graphic design. We also proposed a dynamic content solution and an advanced form management functionality to bring content to the users at the right time and place on the site..

The result

Since the completion of the project in May 2023, the new website has received positive feedback from the client and the users alike. The website not only aligns with the refreshed branding of Mind, but also provides an improved user experience. The custom event management system and streamlined recruitment system have proven to be effective, saving significant time for the HR department. Our ongoing support in social media management, Google Ads, and graphic design has helped increase the online exposure of the charity.
