Balfour Place is an exclusive development of just six luxury homes, positioned minutes from the coast in the sought-after town of Felixstowe. With competition high in the premium property market, the client needed a strong brand and marketing platform that could reflect the quality of the homes and appeal directly to high-end buyers from day one.

The approach
We partnered with the Balfour Place team from the earliest stages to shape a complete marketing strategy and visual identity. The first step was brand development, taking the existing development name and starting again with a new logo, colour palette and tone of voice that captured the prestige, location, and lifestyle benefits of the site.
This extended into a fully bespoke website design and build, created to highlight the quality and character of the development, with attention to seamless UX, mobile responsiveness, and performance.
Our creative team also handled the production of a full suite of marketing assets, including CGI visuals, on-brand brochures, sales boards, social media content, and edited teaser videos, ensuring consistency and polish across every touchpoint.
The result
The new Balfour Place brand and website have established a refined, high-end identity that reflects the quality of the development and its location. Early marketing assets helped generate interest before the site was live, while the website now acts as a central hub for enquiries, agent outreach, and lead capture. With ongoing digital marketing in place, the development is well-positioned to attract discerning buyers and maintain momentum through its sales cycle.
